We don’t know that these workshops took place and those who attended why agree to all the nonsense you were being Lec tured to . Malawi government is supposed to exempt the tourism sector with many taxes that are being levied simply because they are inhibiting growth in the sector . Please wake up

With no Donor support, efficient tax collection should lead to areas where one would not think of.

where is our tax money being used? if you look at import duty,bar,income tax,fuel tax etc etc. we are paying over 60% of our hard earned money to the government. now if you got something back like good roads, efficient police,fire and hospital service. etc etc then you don’t mind paying. tax is supposed to benefit you as much as you payB. Business yake it . Everything is at standstill in Malawi , all businesses are not functioning .

All those workshops we used to host in the tourism industries are no more there and all the construction jobs which we used to have in those old years are things of the past.

The past was excellent , the present in bad.
