HOW WAS THE PERFORMANCE OF THE JUDICIARY UNDER HER ADMINISTRATION? WAS IT EFFECTIVE? EFFICIENT? RELIABLE? if yes..handsup mama but if the answer is no….then the praises maybe misplaced…..
