Hi leave people who have two passport becoz there have right I was born in Malawi on British time Ihave birth right to British passport and Malawi passport I hope pray that Malawi will let dule passport may almighty bless Malawi let people fill FREE

Uko ndiye kuchedwetsa chitukuko. Let anyone who is able to, maintain a dual nationality.

By denying people dual citizenship, you are locking out skilled malawians who would have come back and contribute to the country ‘s development.

Please Malawian let’s stop this kind of nonsense, what’s wrong with dual citizenship, leave that man alone, how many Malawian has South African citizenship and yet still hold their Malawian passports.

IF IMMIGRATION DEPT WANTS TO END THIS PROBLEM, THE STRATEGY IS VERY SIMPLE. WHEN PEOPLE ARE RETURING HOME THEY MUST BE ASKED TO SHOW THEIR TICKETS AND STAMPED PASSPORT INDICATING THE COUNTRIES THEY VISITED. TWO YEARS A GO I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A MALAWIAN WHO STAYS IN UK CHANGING PASSPORT AT KENYATTA AIRPORT. FROM NAIROBI TO MALAWI HE USED MALAWIAN PASSPORT. FROM UK TO NAIROBI HE USED BRITISH PASSPORT. SUCH PEOPLE CAN EASILY BE CAUGHT BY CROSSCHECKING THEIR AIR TICKETS. MAJORITY OF THE INDIANS STILL USE THEIR INDIAN PASSPORT AFTER LEAVING CHILEKA OR KAMUZU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
