MWANANYANIAN, WONDERFUL OBSERVATION AND GOOD ADVICE TO AGONTHANKUTU!!!!!!!!!!! PROBLEM IS THAT MOST OF THOSE CANDIDATES EVEN OWAPANGITSA TRAININGWO ARE AFRAID TO TALK OR INSTRACT THEM GENUINELY PERTAINING TO DOS AND DONTS OF THE JOB THEY R BEING TRAINED FOR BECAUSE SIKUTI AMAKHALA ANTHU OTI APITAKO ON MERIT BUT SENT THERE BY VERY POWERFUL eg POLITITIANS WHOM THEY R RELATED TO AS A RESULT THERE R TOO MANY SHORT CUTS…LOSS OF A HUMAN LIFE IS ALWAYS SAD AND AM NOT A SADIST BUT IF SUCH IS THE TREND DEATHS WONT HALT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But try to write in small letters, it is easy to read.
I think its high time the Malawi Police Services should include FIRST AID in their training programmes like these. Other wise the lives of our departed brothers could have been saved.
too much nepotistic type of selection for these jobs kumatengana pazibale zanu ndi odwala omwe for a security job which mostly involves physical exercises. mutha nonse, this should act as a lesson and you should watch out when you carry out your useless selection next time!!!!!!
Mr. Medi, I agree with you, security jobs should never be simple. Most of these guys recruited are not on merit but bcoz r relatives to so and so. Ndiyeno ba komokani kumeneko, ife tilibe azibale tiwona kuti tipanga bwanji………..
Something is going on. This must be investigated thoroughly otherwise innocent and youthful lives are being lost. Nayenso Medi’tu aziyankhula ngati ali ndi ana.
too bad!!!!!!
Mumatengana pachibale ndiye ife mufuna titani?
Security jobs must never be simple, they have to be hard. Some of these people who join these jobs have never naver had any exercise in their life, they spend their whole days sleeping and watching movies in their rooms and they just jump into security jobs. Beside the job scarcity we should choose wisely to avoid such calamities. Some of these people can not even carry a bag of maize to a close maize mill and then you expect them to do security training.
Well put and very truel. The other thing is that most cheat on age and cannot suddenly cope with the intense physical workouts!
Very well said age, upeza zaka wadutsa , koma poti wosankhayo ndi ankolo ake kumutenga..
Its sad that they have lost live s koma torture imakhalako asaname tidawona ifeyou kumskhala torture. Same malawi army kumakhal torture now to, complain they getscared. Kumakhala torture assname
Kulowa ntchito chifukwa choti kusogolo lulu mubale Ndili chocho, kulembana ntchito mwah chinyengo ana okulira mofewa ,katundu olemera ndi kufunda blanket
RIP abale inu. Do candidates for these jobs undergo medical exams, as a matter of routine, as part of the recruiting process? How about just before strenuous exercises? This should be mandatory, even if these jobs are not as physically demanding as, say, the Police or the Army – if these exercises are mandatory. Here is a clear case of negligence basi on the part of the Government, even if the apparently outrageous claim that candidates had binged on alcohol (the day) before the “interview” is true. Shouldn’t place 100 per cent of the blame on the candidates; meaning the… Read more »
