Immigration, tell me how that will quicken issuing or renewal of a passport. If I sms the # and electrically it tells me “your passport is not ready please wait” and I have urgent trip that requires the document what do I do? I wait for a week and text you again and it repeats the same wait message. Do I just sit and wait for another week to text you again?
