This has come at an appropriate time. Malawians and all patriotic citizens must assert their rights and demand the best from duty bearers

Angry with who and with what? It is important to be strategic and thoughtful about a course of action than being angry. Anger breeds anger. No work done in the end.

This column is more crap! China is a corrupt country and yet its economy grows year after year. Donald Trump is a corrupt, racist and incompetent man but the USA will not become a third world country, why? The answer is the smartness of the common citizen in these countries. The average man and woman in these countries understands how things work. But you and the likes of you think that the way to correct or improve things is to complain and complain and become angry!? How I wish Malawi had a lot of courageous sons and daughters who will not sit and watch as the politicians are enriching themselves by plundering public resources in a day light. Unfortunately Malawi is full of praise singers and hand clappers who do not engage their brains in their actions. You have my support man, Mphande. Very great! This song has just hit my mind, Kale likati lizibwerela by Billy Kaunda as well, The problem is that we young adults we don’t know what we want.
We are much used by Politicians because we don’t know who we are.
We need to start teaching young men and women out there to know their responsibilities on issues of Democracy, because if we can do that, believe me Politicians will carry them with their K1000. crying for Malawi.
God bless Malawi

This country is rotting at a faster pace. Thugs are leading innocent people. The thugs are so powerful that they use every weapon available to them to inflict more damage on us. We need faces and voices that can stand up to these notorious beings leading us. I for one will be an ardent follower of this column. we have every reason to be angry for we have no reason to smile in Malawi

The painful truth here – all Malawians should take note. But Malawians who dare to speak out have often met with painful endings. Please be careful: Malawi needs honest citizens like you.
