Once again we read of a development project funded by an outside agency, not the government. This looks like a really solid school building, not like the pitiful efforts of government sponsored projects which collapse when it rains or the wind blows.
Joyce Banda Foundation and Johannes Beese Foundation are two different things, The difference is one is CASHGATE the other is an International organization that has nothing to do with CASHGATE
