To me Her Excellency Joyce Banda did a lot to our country in her 2years time in office and needs a respect from north to south of Malawi.
People who can vote for her want to continue where they left cashgating. JB did herself no favours by fleeing the country immediately after the elections. She was too slow to bring those accused of treason to justice with the result that one of the accused actually became President! She is a far more experienced politician than the professor who flew in from the USA who went on to succeed her. However, her long absence from Malawi has left her with too much catching up to do. She had her chance and she blew it.
Well crafted. It’s true when she decides to contest, some parties will be shaken especially the one ruling now.
