Why is DPP wasting people’s time with its baseless arguments? Are its lawyers clueless? Just advise your client DPP, that it is fighting a losing battle. Any Malawian has sufficient interest in state run enterprises that is why they are subjected to Public Finance Management Act, Public Procurement Act and the Public Audit Act. They have to be accountable to the people and the public has every right to question any dubious dealing. They run on public resources and through government they have to report to the public how they have used these resources.

How pathetic our courts, no wonder ordinary Malawians have lost faith in our judiciary. They simply cannot be trusted to do their daily work while we the taxpayer need to pay their salaries.
Shame on you Mwaungulu, just as your colleagues you never fails to dissapointment.

How did you expect Mwaungulu to be both in Blantyre and Lilongwe? Is he omnipresent?
