Government does not want to declare a state of emergency as awona kuti zavuta kale therefore they do not want to accept responsibility or part blame for what is going on in our country!! we all know this.. Shut up Mr Tembenu, Malawi is definitely in a state of emergency especially here in Blantyre with the water shortage problems and the fact that there is no water. This is a state of emergency if the wealthy people are even finding it hard to get water supply, hospitals and school are shutting down and asking students to go back home!!! So please look into the problem first, don’t just talk rubbish here!!
