The Church of Jesus Christ (CJC) says mindset and attitude change in Malawian leaders and citizens would help end rampant...
Lets give Kabwira a chance. A reformed Kabwira will certainly benefit MCP. Malawi needs more women MP in parliament.
I kinda like her. She has a true MCP spirit, we never quit no matter what. Different from Msowoya. Born MCP and will die MCP! Persistent even when the going gets tougher. She is not an opportunist like some of these new MCP members.
I thought traditional leaders are supposed to be non-partisan. Why are they getting actively nvolved in politics. They lead people who may belong to different political parties so why affiliate themselves to one politically and openly so.
Bwana Dzukani, read the statement again, i think you have missed something.
The chiefs said its because its them who voted for her, am sure they have done a good job since she is still their representative, i would may be agree with you that what these chiefs have done, they should not stop there and or they have shown the love they have upon their child, this also should apply to the one who may come after her. Thank you
Non of the traditional leaders are non-partisan, they all belong to a party. Only that as a leader there is need to separate or recognize that not everyone belong to your party and it has to be respected and work with everyone by virtue of being such. Stupidity comes when you think it all about the party that you belong.
Awinanso if what she is saying is true.

Poor Jessie K. This is one of her attributes, of self importance, that really alienates many people. Not only or just men. She’s in a no-win position, to be sure: There is no way MCP will endorse her candidacy; and if she runs as an independent, and wins, that would be but a pyrrhic victory. She craves so much influence and… Read more »
The lady is principled despite a barrage of vitriolic remarks by her political rivals. May her big tongue will be tamed as she nears the 2019 polls. The local leadership is her lifeline they’re willing to go to any lengths to salvage her political career let’s hope that Chakwera at the top will exercise his political clemency by recycling her into the system beyond MCP she has no parliamentary future it would mean going back to the corridors of academic freedoms. We had all along thought that we were on the verge of producing a Margaret Thatcher ooo goooo chipwadza!!… Read more »
