When Fabiano was Principal at Chancellor College, he never had good blood with Kabwila and other lecturers. It continued even after Fabiano assumed the Vice Chancellor. Kabwila being vocal now is no brainer.

I’m now convinced, Fabiano is inept and has nothing to offer, a useless guy, he is there may be, because he is from the Lhomwe belt, all he can say is I’ll be competent next year…..

can the government check the politics at the treasury it could be they are being influenced by politicians just to delay so as to discredit government. am saying this out of experienced when cheques are collected during week ends at the treasury office, when officer sign cheques at home and they demand something for their signature when srvice providers are being forced to pay something to officers if their cheques are to be released on time. the tresury is wrotten i believe if such people are removed from that office may be things may improve.

We need competent Ministers now. We cannot afford to wait next. This is the same guy who said we will clap has for him and his empty DPP this year. What is there to clap hands for, if I may ask?
