Kajoloweka is losing steam. Till now we don’t know whether DPP refunded millions of kwachas it got from the city councils and LWB. The more noise you make , the more irrelevant you become.

Is Madame Dumbutchena a life dean of Diplomatic corps? This position is supposed to rotate and this ambassador has been in Malawi for the last twenty years. It is time that she should pack and head back home to assist with the reconstruction of Zimbabwe.

Very good observation Panganani. I was also about to ask the same question. Maybe the other High Commissioners or Ambassadors don’t want to associate themselves with thieves, pathological liars & incompetent leaders if they assume the leadership of diplomatic corps and that’s why the incumbent has ended up being a ‘life’ Dean.
