we have great hope that this CALGA project will help the people especially those in question to understand issues of transparency and accountability and try as much as possible to practice it. I would think that sometimes our councilors lack proper knowledge on how to ran there affairs, this is what brings in issues of them being eaten up by the Secretariat. Put sense in there heads
