What will SADC benefit Malawi really? SADC is pathetic when it comes project Management. Senior Management have no clue about running projects and retaining donors.

This is the meeting of Heads of States. If APM could not make it, why not delegate to his vise SKC. Hmmmm. Something fishy here.

Shame this is the second time APM has skipped the SADC meeting prefering to nfly to USA to receive a dubious award on the environment.
