so in malawi bulding a fence means stadium, so sad that we can call that mediocre structure a stadium. wake up this is 2017 not 1960.

Where is the stadium (stands, fence, pitch) ? Sipakusiyana ndipodyetsa mbuzi apa. Where did all the money go? Pali zobwekera apa?

Although not fully completed but the structure is excellent from Engineering point of view, Engineer from Kasungu.
