I am not a law practitioner but have a strong feeling that this judgement is somehow questionable much as we appreciate that they are trying to punish the behaviour. But wait a minute, you mean stealing a motorcycle worth MK 2, 500, 000 can be equivalent to 14 years jail term? what about the serous offenses that are costing lives?
