Most foreign owned companies are exploiting locals in various ways. For example,there is direct discrimination in the way salaries and benefits are awarded. The foreigners are paid expariates salaries/benefits yet they come here not knowing anything and not qualified. The government knows this but because the officials are oil palmed (corrupted) they do nothing. Why do we a lot of white accountants/administrators/cashiers/warehouse/stores managers in these foreign owned companies yet there are a lot of Malawians with diplomas and degrees looking for these same tactical jobs.
