I would rather say : Lack of will power and putting priorities right , is the reason for delay, Mr Mango!
Unfortunately, the money you use for campaigning is not available for infrastructure development!

When Govt is offering a contructor to construct a road they look at capability of that company not approving more than one company who have indicated that they shall hire old rusty machinery from PVHO. What Jappie & his boss are doing is just reaping us left right while all Malawians are phwiiii busy kuluka mikanda ya azimai athu azitchena usiku, can u imagine APM stole K145mn, fertilizer & malata subsidy angogawana ndalama osaoneka zinthu zake, roads quotations tripple or quaudrapled & Chaponda maize saga was DPP’s executive cooked plan.
