Wapona Kita you have a problem .Ungomudyera Rev Chakwera it is not making sense on your arguments. This is a straight forward case . I am wondering the whole MCP has got no lawyers of its own ? Rather than depending on small crooked lawyers like wapona Kita . Even him sadzatha bwino will end up like his uncle Ralph Kasamabara

Kita’s argument does not make sense. The plaintiffs have sued the SG in a representative capacity of MCP. The important thing is whether a decision was made or not. Who made the decision is irelevent and the plaintiffs canot be suing individuals in MCP
