Ben Phiri has has made two points very clear regarding DPP 1. “Maliseche” metaphor: If you try to understand it, it means : All of us have things or secrets (maliseche) we hide and only reveal them to a few who are very intimate to us such as wives, husbands, boyfriends girl friends etc. DPP has has things secerets they hide (maliseche) and only reveal them to those who are intimate to the party.
