TOO MUCH CORRUPTION IN THE LILONGWE CITY ADMINISTRATION This other day I met a friend of mine who stays in Area 47 Sector 4 next to Mkwichi Secondary School and he complained about a structure about to be built over a river as a grocery. The owner of the structure is a vendor who initially operated a container. When he asked the vendor why, the vendor proudly said that “he has already bribed senior Lilongwe City officials. A Zeleza , unfortunately this name in other tongues mean something else. Mwinadi mbu Zeleza of talking this, talking that etc……. at the end of the day , Nothing really happens.
