TOO MUCH CORRUPTION IN THE LILONGWE CITY ADMINISTRATION This other day I met a friend of mine who stays in Area 47 Sector 4 next to Mkwichi Secondary School and he complained about a structure about to be built over a river as a grocery. The owner of the structure is a vendor who initially operated a container. When he asked the vendor why, the vendor proudly said that “he has already bribed senior Lilongwe City officials.
