LCC Administration is literally killing its own people by robbing from their already miserable pockets which are always filled around 37th or 40th day of the month.We are told that for a year and half now,LCC directorate of Finance has kept deducting money from salaries of employees without remiting the same to MASM.When beneficiaries visit relevant hospitals for treatment, patients are told off and sent back without any help.I am not sure who actually is chewing this money.Surprisingly, No media house has ever publisised this mapractice at LCC. There is actually no excuse for the Lilongwe City dump site. It is really pathetic. It is a shame when the one so called Zeleza says they are using the old system. There is no old system that can justify the situation of this dump site. Something need to be done and urgently.
