After spending 15 or so years in jail, he will be re-tried and then released in the name “Kafamtayeni Project”. Notorious and dangerous criminals are being released back to the community. This is dangerous to our society. I suppose this murder is an intent one and accidental matter. Is it not possible to bring back “death penalty” (capital punishment) for these killers? I prefer Human Rights defenders could make a lot of noise on this other than defending the suspect in the name of human rights. It pains a lot to see a brother/son being brutally butchered like a goat… Read more »

To hell with human rights activist s they are so bias when it comes to african affairs while in America the so called the home of human rights they still practices capital punishment up to date so why not us? Do they consider about the rights of victisms?
