The most painful thing is that these Mwenyes bring in their dogs from India and pay them hefty salaries at the expense of local Malawians, yet their duty is being a guard. Mmalawi muno muli TSANKHO lomwe akupanga a Mwenye. Govt should engage researchers and find out what am talking here. If govt is really serious with empowering the locals, then let it start with dealing with these Mwenyes by deliberately giving more business tenders to the locals. Does this mean Limbe Mwenye workers only or the whole country? I mean there also Mwenye workers at Maselema, Ginnery corner as well as Blantyre who are also eagerly waiting for the increment. For instance, there is a certain family turned into company firm that pays a worker K2500 per week and this translate into K10000 per month yet the owners are busy buying very expensive cars every two months!!
