TCHIMO NDI TCHIMO. Madise is just playing with symantics here -mwana wa school amafuna allowance and I think that’s what happened here. On another note One thing I hate about Law scholars/ Practitioners is their Head gear (especially the one with curls), it symbolises an ‘Old white man’ and yet these Black Homo sapiens seems to be proud wearing this sisal nitted kit. Laws and regulations are not for the poor and unpopular people. he was helpings
his fellow Zambians to get rich through Malawi money. Remember he overstayed in Zambia

Chaponda might win the case but lose trust of Malawians. To a politician who desires to rule Mw that is high political cost to pay. Restoring trust after heavy political bruises is a tough task. In the end he might be the loser.

A well formed, informed and an educated opinion; and unbiased, no less. Bwana Chaponda is the man of the moment, to be sure. It’s almost like he laid a trap or legal maneuver to less learned lawyers. By blaming judge Chirwa of the Mzimba Court, people are not scapegoating him. He just opened up a whole can of worms; and the people just wish he would have been more careful (as a judge), and avoided setting a legally bad precedent.
