People are donating generously towards the flood disaster, but it is heart wrenching to be reading about victims going hungry for days on end. It seems the logistics are just as poor as the planning against this type of disaster. Why can’t we get anything right in Malawi? Bangula is perhaps one and half hours drive from Blantyre – why should it take a week or weeks for relief items to reach Bangula?
