It is very sad. Its also a wake up call for the authorities to think differently about the mentally challenges people.
The country’s security agents should learn a lesson as these mentally ill persons are left hanging in the street while the are supposed to at ZA Mental Hospital.
As a country we are very relaxed in most areas including this dangerous mental area.
