Wanting an MSCE is setting the standards too low. Why not say a first degree. With all these ” did not accredited” universities all over Malawi, one should strive to have a first degree of some sort. Don’t make people too dull, lazy and comfortable. No wonder the standards of soccer are going down in our country because to bring down the bar too low as far as qualifications for football administrators is concerned.
