In Malawi we have this breed of lawyers and Judges instead of correcting the situation, they have cheated the nation, they have taken this nation backward with their bad ideas which have led this nation into a pit. Even village lawyers are far much better than them in delivering justice.

At the end of it wall,God is the one who choose leaders and will decide what’s good for Malawi. Bingu thought he was immortal and unimpeachable but what happened. The law was there. When God decides there is no déjà this or deja that. You can say whatever you want but our God is always in control. He sees the suffering of his children. He never slumbers or sleeps. Mr Madise thanks for your side of the law, you have schooled us.

2016 Welcome, You think science is more precise? I disagree! Few years back they used to say vegetables are good, red wine is good, meat is good as long as it isn’t red meat, drinking a lot of water is good, tomatoes are good, there are three essential food groups etc. How many of these things are now said to cause cancer, what else will they tell us as cancer causing next? Malawi will keep on suffering because of such silly tricks. People know the problems but do not come up. Malawi should not suffer just because of one incompetent person. Let us polish the our laws so that we develop our country. When we come with a law we should not look for the president who is on the seat but should look for the Nation and it’s people.

International Observer, I stand to collect you. Ntata and Madise are arguing along the same line. Ntata clearly stated that the only way to get rid off APM is through impeachment not forcing him to resignation of the president.

I like your comment @3. The weakest side of law is that it lacks truth. It is very subjective. It is very arbitrary. I even wonder why society accords it the copious amounts of respect it actually should not deserve. No wonder practitioners of the same can argue for days, weeks, months and even for years without reaching consensus. And to mask that glaring limitation; we have all blindly agrred to the notion that the wheels of justice are slow. Brainwash! Worse still we seem to unanimously take delight in something that takes a snail speed to effect a solution.… Read more »

This is a very good piece. Now we know that these calls are all political madness exercised as freedom of expression with no intended outcome.
