Is this woman sane? Is she going to bring electricity from her house to distribute to the people she is telling when Malawian are now fed up blackouts? Much as we know she is protecting her job after a forced retirement when she was in Health Ministry, there is no need to take Malawians for granted in this manner. Eunice Chipangula has been in this Ministry for years, but she has never talked shit like this.

Instead of people making formal requests, the government should tell them why wouldn’t they deserve electricity – citizens shouldn’t have to make a formal request if they want electricity in their area. Hmm!
