This is typical for clueless and inept corrupt government. We have had no security in this country for a long time. I even wrote on my blog that investors will not return to Malawi unless security, infrastructure and corruption is dealt with. Now we hear the president is going to sell ESCOM to investors and pocket the loot. How transparent and accountable is this government?
