Sukasuka and airtel should embrace their service first, why they receive their salaries using banks and not their own service (airtel money)

otherwise if airtel does not embrace their own service then its very hard to convince us

your agents are stealing from the public. how can they charge 10% when a person wants to collect his own cash. why do we get charged that much?
PLEASE SORT THIS PROBLEM, CLARIFY HOW MUCH ONE HAS TO PAY IF HE OR WANTS TO SEND OR COLLECT SAY LIKE K10,000. AND WHY SHOULD THE SENDER AND RECIPIENT BOTH PAY THE CHARGES FOR THE SAME TRANSACTION??????

I am an Airtel money operator myself but have never known 10% charge on any service. If there anybody charging such percentage they are stealing and must be reported.

Reduce charges if want the corporate world to embrace it. so far banks remain kings of financial solutions.
