Go to prison next month you will not find him. Malawi is too corrupt to keep an Asian in prison for 16 years.

Once he has served the sentence, the authorities should deport him to his home country. Malawians do not need such type of
Asians. Idi Amin had good reasons when he deported them from Uganda. But they are lucky, Museveni called them back and
according to a programme aired on BBC, they have changed their behaviour such that they rarely mistreat local Ugandans and
they mix with local Ugandans very easily. PATEMBA, that was a good judgment.

This is good news. I expect girl rights groups to commend the judge for the bond judgement . For a long time foreigners had abused locals as house workers and labourers. This message should go down the foreigners community that Malawi has laws against abuses. Let the Pakistan Taliban lot at Zomba Central Prison. And may Malawian inmates there “welcome” him. The Taliban deserved for more years of hard labour because for a foreigner to abuse a citizen of “Rome” is indeed a serious crime. Judge welcome done.

Good sentence. Finally. The judgements for these cases should include xx years IHL and a monetary penalty to help the victim.

O………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….O “Do not wait for the last judgement. It comes every day.” – Albert Camus. . . . You see, if we deliberately ignore the fact that life is guided by rules; we shall find the art of living very hard and/or almost impossible. Nanga inu . . . . . . Is what this guy did (harvesting pleasures he cant even recall), worth the price he’s been made to pay? . . . Is it not paradoxical that while knowing the severity of consequences on their action, most men go on with their predatory intentions and acts? . .… Read more »
