Really? What is the point of having an electronic case management system if judges are not working? We can manage files electronically and sure files will not disappear that is all there is to it. As long as judges take years and years to finalise cases no system and no amount of money will resolve the basic underlying problem of a bunch of lazy and unprofessional judges. Malawi is indeed a shameful state, how could we be expecting everything frm the donors? BCA wants to revamp the sewer systems, they are seeking for donations. Malawi High courts had no computers, this age? If we are able to buy a motor home for one man, you mean we are failing to aquire computers for our High Court? For the BCA, why looking for donations for revamping the sewer system? yet the City Assembly is charging for parking in town, this is not on
