People, justice is not so straight and simple; like, that court does not have a final say on this. Hence the appeal, and rightly so, the government is mounting. Scale down the celebrations. And don’t take these issues like they are personal. What are you gonna do when the ruling is put on hold, or gets quashed. Life still goes on. I still maintain that a suspension of a Minister, on suspicions, belongs in the political arena; and not in the legal one. Because Courts’ are supposed to try cases based on evidence, not suspicions. Satana or Santana. I am a Lhomwe from Muloza Mulanje but Chaponda waonjeza. Again Mutharika is incapable and probably drunk. First, the Board did the right thing in suspending Mulumbe. Mutharika should have read the writing on the wall that if he did not push chaponda out, then he was going to be pushed by people. This is exactly what the court has done.
