Woyenda Wototatota is right. You can’t reform completely with the same thinking that created the problems. Most of the PSs in Government are dead wood and have no vision. For example, go and ask Zanga zanga Chikhosi at the Department of Statutory Corporations what his vision for parastatals is, he doesn’t have any. What he knows is to claim huge allowances from parastatals without attending full Board meetings. If you go to Blantyre based parastatals and audit their board expenses, you will find that Zangazanga Chikhosi has been drawing allowances from ESCOM, MACRA, NATIONAL LOTTERIES BOARD, BLANTYRE WATER BOARD, SOUTHERN… Read more »

Chilima is trying his best but his boss is busy in the classroom in USA I SUPPOSE. tHERE IS REALLY NOTHING TANGIBLE COMING FROM HIM. eACH YTIME HE WANTS TO TALK TO THE NATION, NOBODY GET HIS SPEECH BECAUSE HE IS A POOR SPEAKER AND HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PUT AND ARRANGE HIS POINTS. DR MOLANDE, PLEASE HELP THE BIG MAN. AGE IS CATCHING UP WITH HIM I GUESS.
The big man is lost. Its clear that this is not his area of specialisation.
