Go to Banja La Mtsogolo and you will find the same. A country director with a degree in psychology simply because she’s white. A mere administrative assistant comes all the way from the UK to work as a fellow, within a month her husband 8 already in the country and a position of programmes manager has been prepared for her. Immigration Dept, what’s going on? Soon a finance Director will be coming. Does ICAM not have capable people? Worried Citizen.

WE NEED TO LOOK AT OURSELVES HOW WE DO THINGS. WE LOVE TO TALK AND DONT TAKE ACTION. AM NOT SURE THAT SOME PEOPLE NO MATTER HOW EDUCATED THEY ARE THEY ARE NOT HELPING THE NATION. LETS STOP OF LOOKING AT EDUCATION, LOOK AT WHAT SOMEONE CAN DO,OR IS CAPABLE OF DOING FOR THE NATION. LOOK AT WHAT JB IS DOING RIGHT NOW, PEOPLE TALKED OF HER NOT HAVING ENOUGH EDUCATION TO LEAD THIS NATION. TELL ME HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN DO WHAT SHE IS DOING RIGHT NOW? SOME PEOPLE ARE BORN TO LEAD, AND EDUCATION JUST ENHANCE OF WHAT… Read more »

Check TNM, check! A South African CEO, practicing apartheid in Malawi! Calling employees with bad names. Getting a lot of money, promoting those who feed him with lies and useless praises! Busy giving business to fellow South Africans and other foreigners. Under him, TNM made a loss for the first time. DRC retrenched him! People are leaving the company to take less paying jobs. No wonder those endless adverts. Lo! Malawi, where are you going? Press Corporation, what is this? You think Malawians cannot manage your companies better? Wake up and look around. Malawian CEOs are performing better in other… Read more »

The problem is not expatriates! There is a serious anomaly on how we handle our immigration issues. There is no value of our country since most of the people handling the roles do not see beyond their eyes on the importance of protecting our country from illegal immigrants. The government need to recruit more university graduates to fill up position in this department otherwise we will continue experiencing an influx of illegal immigrants into the country. We need to curb this phenomenon. There are so many illegal immigrants from the Asian and west African countries who have flooded our country.… Read more »
