To some of us,Malawi-Ethiopia joint collaboration on infrastructure development,is another corrupt foundation by top-government swindlers of the both highly corrupt regimes in Africa if not in the world.Afterall,both regimes are characteristically tribaliistic oppressing and exploiting the minority people from the Northern Regions.
