In Malawi it is very enjoyable to be an employer than to be an employee. Employers can treat their employees as badly as they like which never happens in any other civilised societies but only in Malawi. Why is this so?: 1) Employers have more power than employees which is contrary to labour laws which empowers employee much more than their masters as it happens in all well strategised countries with sound labour related sets of laws. 2) people (employees) do not have a know how of their rights which is a result of high level of illiteracy hence childish… Read more »

The Court must be crazy. How can you stop transfer of unwanted staff. I dont support DPP but I see the court setting a bad example. One deserves to have staff that serves its interests.
