Let the FA pay the financial penalties and be barred from competing in some future editions for these plausible reasons. One, a $10, 000 financial penalty is little money compared to what were to be sank in the qualifying campaigns. We should not just participate in competitions for the sake of participating. That could explain why we have called ‘also ran’ all along! We have nothing to show for participating in the competitions.
