I thought as Malawi we are developing but the truth is that all developments r being funded by donor.

If only Scottish government would know how these money hungry civil servants will only use half of the amount on development the rest will go into their pockets.No conscious.Only God will punish these civil servants

If you read closely money goes to organizations in Malawi or those working with Malawian counterparts. Not to government! Scots are careful with their money!!

I bet my last dollar that there are a number of senior politicians who are already thinking of charging facilitation fees of at least 10% from the Scottish donor. This is how far corruption has gone. Charging global institutions and well wishers facilitation fees for depositing funds into a Malawian account.
