The patriarchal system was taught by our parents (and our forefathers) and perfected by exposure. The only way we can change the patriarchal mindset is by teaching our own children the need for gender equality right from the age of 2 through to their teenage years. Also behave that way at home. Mothers are very instrumental in shaping a particular culture in a society. The comments below are indeed telling. 50 :50 ndiyosatheka, ngakhale mai Kalilani akudziwa kuti iyeyo sapitanso ku parliament after May 21, 2019, azimayi amene munapeza mabanja muzingosamala amuna anu basi, chifukwa tikakuvoterani azimayi ambiri simukwanitsa u MP. Komanso muzilemekeza chilengedwe ,azimayi ambiri akakhala pa tsogolo ulemu umawachokera ndawonela Jefu wa Jeffrey mchifukwa chake ku constituency kwathu takonza zovotera bambo wa chipani cha MCP.
