It’s a fact that state prosecution agencies and ACB are all useless and are puppets of their political masters. APC is as useless as it can be. It has been raising issues of concern and plunder in all govt departments and now the state house and yet nothing happens. PAC knows very well that ACB and State prosecution Agencies are useless and are in the pockets of politicians and yet it keeps on tabling reports with o consequences for those who err. reporting such cases to ACB or State Prosecution Agencies is a waste of time and money. Why sparing State house and OPC when the entire country knows this is where bosses of cash gate lives baffles me. These are centres of corruption in Malawi. They should not be spared.
