Sanity has finally prevailed. Why does the city allow people to cultivate each and every piece of “idle” land in the cities, Lilongwe in particular. How many bags of maize can be harvested from such small allotments. This only makes the cities dangerous when overgrown with Maize and not to mention that the cities look like villages.
You will notice this practice even at the so called city centre. Chimidzi chake chiticho a Malawi.
