Mr Botolo says “1993 is along time most ex MYP members would be dead by now”……..these are from a govt official, it sounds like this is what the govt has been hopping for, to delay the payments as much as possible so that by the time they make the money available there will be nobody to receive it. And then the obvious thing happens whereby Mr Botolo and his friends shares the looting.
