Such a sad news to hear. there is a problem of territorial jurisdiction that Malawi as a nation cannot act as it could have done should the case be opened here in Malawi. Hon Fabiano, I used to have high respects in you based on your education background and the Unima position you held. However, based on this issue, you are a very incompetent minister and you do not deserve to be in that important and strategic ministry.
