What John is saying is true, no doubt about it. But it is also true that the minister and his team, including John were aware of these procedures and the due process in general when they were targeting the current sitting of Parliament. What changed? That is what they should be telling the nation.

Palowa njoka, amukumbukila John. This guy should have been Director by now, I am one of the crimes he committed is that he comes from Nathenje. This world!

Reality has kicked in. The minister has now realised that access to information by the people of Malawi will mean a torch light being shone on all the things which politicians especially those in government, want to be kept hidden. How could they allow Malawians to see how irresponsible they are with the money they are managing or should we say mismanaging, for the nation? It would be like shooting themselves in the foot.
