Zina kumangomva, whatmore when you are paying millions of kwachas to your sons and daughters in private primary schools than this meagre MK 2000? be serious Malawians we paid school fees during Dr Kamuzu Banda (MHSRIP) so whats new here if the system is to be introduced?
Even the government has established that fee but learners will not be employed. by the then gov due to the high demand of diplomas etc which learners can not obtain them from colleges because of fees

WAS THE ISSUE DEMOCRATICALLY DISCUSSED WITH ALL STAKE HOLDERS AT NATIONAL LEVEL TO SAY LOOK THIS IS WHAT YOUR GOVT INTENDS TO DO SO THE GOVT COULD TAKE ON BOARD THE VIEWS OF THE CONCERNED PARTIES
