As for me I second your Decision Bwana DHO. Firstly, people need to be organised. There is an In-charge who should ensure that there is a proper duty roster and before releasing others for workshops or meetings, She/He must make sure that the chipatala coverage is there. Workshops are not a must attend kind of a thing hence I agree they needed to be suspended more especially the In-charge. Matchaya kumeneko sikuvuta. Please pay a visit to Soche Health Clinic as well. A number of issues need to be clarified in this story otherwise Mr Matchaya was overtaken by events. From my own understanding of the story,it seems Mr Matchaya,the DHO’s decission can be. challenged in the Court of law unless the workshop in question was self organised by the individuals suspended. Later on we will hear that these people are paid millions of Kwacha from tax payers because of blander by one person in the name of. Matchaya. The problem with the health system and delivery is negative repporting.to me this story doenst add up.who organised the workshops and where is the negligence here thought anali ku mowa.mr mathaya who authorised the training mpake ku nsanje anakuthamangitsani.y go with politician while on govt duty?

If the woman gave birth at the gate thats not hospital delivery, its BBA. So u wanted the nurse / midwife to conduct a delivery at the gate? Even if it was I cudnt do that. M’mene msana umawawilamo delivery ya pansi. The same nurse kut apange zabwino u can’t appreciate.

Ba Matchaya its high time you gave it a big thought to go to school for specialisation. You can not remain a DHO for ever. Your colleagues you started along together with in that position went back to school and are now specialists. Leave that position to newly qualified doctors. Plz move on. Do not be trapped wth unlasting incentives which that position brings
